Hajri licence terms

These terms apply when you buy the Hajri business package from Singhania Computers (“we”).

1. One business, one domain. The licence lets one business use Hajri on the one domain we set up for it. Using it for another business or domain needs a separate licence.
2. Ownership. The software, design and code are owned by Singhania Computers and protected by copyright. You get the right to use it, not ownership of the code. You may not copy, resell, share, or modify the software, or let others do so.
3. Your data is yours. Attendance, reports and other data your business enters belong to you. We do not sell it. We may access it only to provide setup and support, when you ask us to.
4. What the package includes. One-year domain, SSL and hosting, setup with your company name, staff training call, and updates and support for one year.
5. Renewal. From the second year, the yearly renewal (currently ₹5,999 incl. GST) keeps the domain, SSL, hosting, updates and support active. If renewal is not paid, the service may be paused after a reminder period.
6. Refunds. Once the domain is booked and setup has started, the package fee is non-refundable. If we cannot start setup, we refund in full.
7. Support. On WhatsApp and phone, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7 PM.
